The chef, Denis Stalter, has a range of specialities on offer e.g. Snail and Pistou Ravioli, Traditional Strasbourg-Style Pike-Perch with Tagliatelli and Foie Gras, and Local Pigeon with Veal Sweetbread. The wine cellar also has many a treat in store.
