Whichever package you choose, your table will be booked in one of the three restaurants in the hotels where you will be able to enjoy a good meal before returning to the more studious atmosphere of your seminar room.

There are 3 meal packages :

• SAPPHIRE : Our chef will make up the menu for you, using fresh produce available on the day of your seminar. The meal will include starters, main course, dessert, mineral water, wine and coffee. If you prefer, you can choose your own menu from our suggestions.
• RUBIS : You select the menu for your guests from among our suggestions. Choose one starter, one main course, one dessert, water, wines and coffee
• DIAMAND : Use our selections to make up your own gala menu including a starter, main course, dessert, unlimited water and wines, and coffee.
